You should contact your cleaning company to reschedule a service as soon as you become aware that the original appointment no longer works for you. It’s best to give the cleaning company as much notice as possible, ideally at least 24 to 48 hours in advance, to allow them to make any necessary arrangements. This also increases the likelihood that the cleaning company can accommodate your rescheduling request without impacting their schedule or other clients’ appointments.
